Your trading funds remain in your exchange account. Brain executes strategy trades through your API connection. Your account remains exposed to trading and exchange risks.
Does automation guarantee a profit?
No. Automated strategies can lose money, including during the trial. Historical results and backtests do not guarantee future performance.
Can I withdraw through Brain?
No. Manage deposits and withdrawals directly through your exchange. Keep withdrawal permissions disabled on the API key you connect to Brain.
What if I need help connecting?
Follow the setup guide for your exchange or contact Brain support. Never send your API secret, password or recovery codes in a support chat.
How does pricing work?
Start with one 14-day free trial per user - it begins when your first strategy is confirmed started, not when you connect an exchange. After the trial, a fee statement is issued every 30 days: 30% of fee-eligible profit when paid in USDT, or 20% when paid in $BRAIN, due within 7 days. Fee-eligible profit is the net realized PnL of your connected futures account above its high-water mark, so earlier losses are recovered first and the same profit is never charged twice. If it is zero or less, the fee is $0. Exchange fees and trading losses can still apply during the trial. Full rules on the pricing page.
What counts as profit for the fee?
The net realized PnL of the futures account you connect: closed positions, after exchange trading fees and funding. Open positions count once closed. Deposits, withdrawals and transfers are not profit. Profit made during the trial is not charged.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your strategy keeps running. Profit made during the trial is not charged. From then on a fee statement is issued every 30 days: 30% of fee-eligible profit (net realized profit above your high-water mark) in USDT or 20% in $BRAIN, due within 7 days. If a statement is not paid, the service is suspended: the strategy is stopped and Brain closes its open positions (if a close fails, Brain retries and notifies you), and activation stays blocked until the statement is paid. Paying restores the service - the strategy is not restarted automatically.
Can I stop a strategy at any time?
Yes. You can stop a strategy in Brain. When you stop it, Brain closes the strategy’s open positions and stops opening new trades. Closing positions may realize a profit or loss and incur exchange fees.
